Congratulations on the publishing of your e-book. I look forward to reading it. I am very thankful that you have kept the cost nominal. However I can’t seem to order it here in Canada from Amazon. Is there any other way to order your e-book?

Unfortunately I can’t see exactly why you’re unable to download since there have been sales of the book in Canada that have been accepted. If you find you still can’t obtain a copy from Amazon, I ‘m currently looking to make the books I publish available in other formats as soon as possible.
